Liz is an Athletic Trainer, and a recent East Coast transplant to the Bay Area. She received her undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Boston University, and returned there for her Master’s in Human Physiology. She has worked in every setting from small town high school athletics, a fast-paced orthopaedic clinic in Manhattan, and various physical therapy clinics since, giving patient-centered one-on-one care. When she’s not helping her patients get back to the sports and activities they love, she’s either reading, hanging out at the climbing gym, or hitting the trails with her husband and their german shepherd-husky-malinois mix.
